Even though the store was already past closing time, they went above and beyond to help us replace an alternator. They didn’t rush us or turn us away, instead they stayed, worked with urgency, and made sure everything was done right. Stephany showed incredible leadership and customer care, and Samuel’s technical skill and dedication really stood out. It’s rare to find people willing to go the extra mile like that these days. Because of them, what could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience. Truly top-tier service, thank you both! They deserve a raise!

She was extremely unprofessional and had a very rude attitude toward customers. Instead of being helpful, she came across as dismissive and disrespectful, which is the opposite of how someone in a management position should act. Managers are supposed to set the example for customer service, but the way Melanie treated people was honestly embarrassing for the store. Her behavior made the whole environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Corporate really needs to take a serious look at who they have running this location. Someone with this level of unprofessionalism should not be managing a store. At the very least, they should consider removing her as a manager and placing her in a regular employee position where she isn’t responsible for representing the company in a leadership role. Customers deserve better service than what was shown here.
