  My son went into this Auto Zone , his car was running, he was going to change the battery, they sent one of the young men that work there to help him. The young man apparently put the cables wrong, so the car started to smoke. Well we had to tow the car home. They said they would look into it, well they did and claimed it was not there fault, We ended up paying 1,600.00 to a mobile mechanic that the Manager of Auto Zone sent us to. Auto Zone said they would only pay for the relay part. Not sure what that cost but I’m sure it wasn’t 1,600.00. I do not recommend this Auto Zone. On top of all this the Manager was very rude!! Stay clear of this place.

  Would have gave 0 if I could Billy the "manager" is unprofessional not helpful and very unknowledgeable about his job answers the phone while still in another conversation with someone else asked me to hold gave me wrong info on a part I was looking for and generally gave the impression he didn't know what he was doing
