Came in for an oil change and tire rotation at this Valvoline location and was greeted by each member of the team in the bay I drove into. They completed my service in under 30 minutes because there wasn’t a line. Joseph and his team were very professional, very professional, transparent about what my car needed, and didn't pressure me into any unnecessary extras. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of speed and genuine customer care. I’ll definitely be back for my next service—highly recommend getting your services here at this Valvoline location from Joseph and his crew!
The actual service was good and the attendants were polite, but I ended waiting almost 45 minutes for a 15 minute oil change, because they didn't have a standard oil filter in stock. They had to wait for someone to drive to get it before the service could be finished. I understand these these can happen but when 4 people are waiting around, its a bit frustrating. There should have been some kind of compensation for the wait, bit it a discount, or complimentary tire rotation, or something since there was obviously a lot of down time for everyone there. Or perhaps they could have just asked me to return another day to get the filter installed. Outside the box thinking and initiate can be important tools to teach/learn in customer service.
I came here because of a discount on Groupon, and I’m really glad I did. From the start, the service was excellent. I’m currently unemployed, and Joseph suggested services while also being understanding of my situation, which I truly appreciated.
He was professional while still showing sensitivity and a genuine human connection, especially during a tough time after recently losing my job. George’s leadership really stands out—he’s clearly invested in his TEAM and sets a strong example. You can tell there’s consistent coaching and training happening behind the scenes, which reflects in how smoothly everything runs. That kind of leadership makes a difference in the overall customer experience.
I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to others.

The service team was very friendly, approachable, and efficient. I really appreciated how prompt and quick the oil change process was—great customer service overall.
However, one area for improvement would be pricing transparency. I expected a discount match, but this wasn’t discussed upfront. It would be helpful if the total cost (including any applicable discounts or limitations) is clearly communicated before starting the service. That way, customers can make an informed decision and compare options if needed, especially since the service and product are fairly standard across providers.
Overall, a positive experience thanks to the staff—but clearer pricing upfront would make it even better.
