  I needed a short term rental while my primary vehicle was being serviced so I landed here yesterday on a whim. What I found was a delightfully clean and pleasant environment. Laksha, the branch manager, was very helpful to her team in that I observed her to step in the registering process not just for me but for the other customers who were there. Savanah then helped me with the sedan that I chose and the checkout process was seamless. Today, upon return of the vehicle, Alayna was an absolute joy to be around and even asked management if she could drive me to my final destination which was nearby. (Wow 🤩) What makes this establishment stand out in my mind is how naturally happy and helpful the whole team was from start to finish. As such, I will not go anywhere else for a car rental and will likely drop off some Starbucks for the whole crew when I’m nearby in the future 😉 You should definitely go here 👌

  terrible , i never got my deposit back , and after me calling them they still did not send my deposit back even through insurance never again will come back 0/0 stars and will be making a claim through my bank . never trust these people especially fremont location i am very angry.

  I had a scheduled appointment at this location for 10:30 AM, but I wasn't helped until 11:20 AM. While the wait time was already poor, the experience was made worse by the lack of professionalism regarding the queue. ​Savannah, the employee who was helping, knowingly served another person who arrived after me while I was still waiting in the lobby. There is no point in having a scheduled appointment if the staff is going to ignore it and prioritize walk-ins or later arrivals. Very disappointing service.

  I had to rent from Enterprise due to damage from vandalism on my minivan. The staff at Enterprise was very helpful and what I actually needed they were very friendly and their customer service went over and beyond. I would recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I will definitely be using them again

  just filed a corporate complaint on my three favorite employees i had to rent a car due to a recent accident this would have been my first time going through this process as i was not so knowledgeable i assume they would guide me in the right direction and that couldn’t have backfired any more. I walked off the lot paying $122.84 for a deposit while insured, once i called my insurance they had mentioned to me I should have never paid that amount i called to address this issue with them i was actual told that I would be called back later to resolve this issue? by lovely employee barooq (sarcasm) I knew they were pulling my leg so i eventually called back the same day and asked lovely savanna (sarcasm) for the status of my situation after pouring my heart out to her im put on hold and another amazing employee Erick (sarcasm) elaborated to me what my insurance would cover daily and that the car i got was out of that range I couldn’t help but follow up with why give me a car that is more expensive than what my insurance is paying for he gave me a cop out answer of most of our rentals aren’t at that price but the tax and all that and then he instructed me to look at my contract and adjust the amount my insurance will pay? Fast forward to today I left a monetary valuable in the vehicle when I called to report this I got our best guy again barooq who maybe maybe not have checked and guess what told me they will call me back to resolve this issue the entire day until closing no call back these ppl were disgraceful and should be ashamed to brush a customer off like that not just once but three times if you can avoid (Eric and barooq) especially they are nowhere near helpful and could care less about YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
