  My name is Luis, and I recently had a fantastic experience with the team at Enterprise Rentals located at 5591 Cushing Pkwy in Fremont, CA. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and supportive staff who made the entire truck rental process smooth and enjoyable. I was initially looking for an EV Chevy, but unfortunately, they didn't have one available at the time. However, Justin, one of the team members, quickly took charge of the situation. He made a quick phone call and was able to secure a truck for me from their San Jose location in just under two hours! I was genuinely impressed by his dedication and quick problem-solving skills. Despite the rainy weather, the team remained upbeat and committed to providing excellent service. I truly appreciate their efforts to ensure I had the right vehicle for my needs. I left feeling extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Fremont Enterprise Rentals to anyone in need of a rental truck. They deserve a solid 10 out of 10!   This location has a great staff who are friendly, very helpful, and thorough in explaining the terms of rental and options for coverage. Garret and Ryan were the best! They were also excellent during the return process and alleviated my concerns.
