I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who made a confirmed reservation under his name.
When we arrived at the location, there was no car available.
We received no phone call, no email, and no prior notice. When we asked why, we were told that they did not have his phone number on file, although a phone number is a standard part of the reservation process.
This is not an isolated incident. It has happened twice to our family, and the same situation happened to my brother-in-law as well — a reservation was made, but no vehicle was available upon arrival.
From a management perspective, this indicates a breakdown in reservation handling and customer communication, rather than a one-time mistake. A confirmed reservation should mean something, especially for customers planning travel and family logistics.
For future customers: based on our experience, it is recommended to call the pickup location directly on the day of your reservation to reconfirm availability, as a confirmed reservation did not prevent us from arriving to find no car available.
This review is shared to accurately reflect our experience and highlight a recurring process issue, not to seek individual case resolution.
Because of the repeated nature of this issue, we no longer trust Enterprise to reliably honor reservations.
Very disappointing experience.

WHAT'S THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU DON'T RESERVE THE CAR?!
Threw our entire plan into disarray. Had to cancel the Christmas weekend trip at the eleventh hour because we couldn't find any other rentals with availability last minute.

One of the worst experience ever. The word “confirmation” means different with Enterprise. You can’t trust them that there would be a vehicle for you. After i got confirmation from them, i got a call after 1 week and just 2 days before my actual reservation that the car won’t be available and they can’t help. If you really want a trust worthy reservation please don’t go with enterprise.
@Kim- thanks for the reply. You have mentioned to email you by redirecting to contact us page, but there is no email address mentioned there. Why enterprise doesn’t hold its promise to the customers and just leave us stranded, especially during the holiday season. This is one of the worst experiences ever and if you really want a smooth experience never visit or rent from this branch

Booked a 7 seater SUV, received a confirmation on the booking.
Dropped in on 24 Dec @ 8AM to pick up, was told, there were no cars. Putting all the travel plans in jeopardy. As it’s extremely hard to find 7 seaters at the last minute.
I would personally avoid this location for 7 seaters.
