  The chain has a great business plan with the loan a tool program and leaving parts crossover books for DIY people looking up oil filters and air cleaners . but this store hides their books and claims their scanning tools are stolen. ( and they never ordered another in years ) and send everyone to O'Reilly's where they scanned my check engine code happily.

  Purchased a set of chains and socks from them, but due to a bad combo of mistakes and (very likely) system error or partially incorrect data in the system at point of sale, neither of them fit any of my tires. Unfortunately, I only discovered that on the mountain, when trying one of those in a safe and parked location, and the phone support picked up and assisted me on the spot. Upon return to Fremont, the store dealt with the situation gracefully, although I had to jump through a few phone numbers. Will definitely return here. Great thanks to the functional call center, district manager Guillermo, and store’s salesperson Alfredo.

  My husband went and bought oil and a filter to do his oil change, which he does for his and my car every year, the employee recommended a filter my husband never uses, but my husband bough it. He did his oil change and a couple hours later realized all his oil leaked out. He brought it back to autozone and they said they sold him a faulty filter.. but would not refund his entire purchase or give me new oil.. ridiculous..
