- BNBen Nguyen1 day ago1.0I am a loyal customer and have been getting oil change with all my cars. Couple days ago I was there for an oil change on my Camry and was very disappointed. During an oil change, she checked my cabin filter and made a mess on the glove compartment and passenger seat with oil and dirt. I told her she should be using new gloves whenever working inside a car and what I received was her bad attitude. Perhaps she is new but this should be corrected.
- RMRobin McConnaughey3 days ago2.0Mechanic claimed the bolts are missing from my air filter. The only problem is, you guys are the only ones who has touched my air filter. Ever. So you forgot to replace the bolts and now I have to get more bolts and have them installed. Not happy.

Brandon took the time to let me know that my radiator has never been serviced on my work vehicle. If I hadn’t taken it in to the shop immediately after, my mechanic said it would have been very bad. My boss and I are very grateful to Brandon, he could have saved us from having to buy a new work vehicle or paying for very expensive repairs. Always a good experience with this location and I feel like they genuinely want to help and look out for their customers best interest.
