  Went above the call of duty... On a very busy Thanksgiving week, they had "no cars" left. There were just the two of us left, myself and another gentleman, who was before me. They made some calls or whatever and they found a pickup and a Tesla. He chose the pickup and I drove a Tesla for the same standard price.

  My wife and I visit this area every three to four months to visit our family and always try to rent vehicles from Enterprise, like we do in Chicago where we never have issues with service or vehicles. Three months ago we reserved a Minivan at the Fountain Valley, CA location, upon pickup the associate tells us that the Minivan had NO gas! Great... we're the ones who had to inconvenience ourselves with the long lines at the Costco Gas station next door! The Associate apologized for the inconvenience and scribbled a 10% discount on the back of their business card for any future rental. This Thanksgiving week we were in town again and made another reservation at this location. After about an hour of driving a red warning light came ON displaying "WARNING vehicle has too much oil, see Service Technician", I immediately pulled to the side of the road and called the rental office when the associate told me that that vehicle had mechanical issues two days earlier and the mechanic said it has a "defective sensor" and that the warning light would go away after a few minutes... (the warning light stayed on and never went off) wait what? Why would a rental company rent a vehicle with mechanical issues? Driving thru a desert with no signs of life or vehicles and a red warning light staring at you is no way to enjoy a vacation getaway. When we returned the rental (earlier than rental agreement ) and explained our displeasure with the vehicle, the associate offered us (you guessed it!) a discount. Enterprise, please stop pacifying us with your discounts!, all we want is a good safe vehicle with gas!

  I pick up my rental car Sept 2/2025 while my vehicle at Crash champions for repair, before picking up I notify this rental car will go through my insurance with reservations approval of $30.00 a days, they gave me a Nissan Rouge ,after returning the rental car for 23 days I got surprised charge $423.00 for there's no car at $30.00 available at the time ( even i told them up front this is through my insurance) I was victims of fraud by unreasonable and unjustified charged from enterprise ,this is big company they need to be fair and honest to customer, this is my second post ( some how my first post have been deleted or block by someone) so I dropped the review to 1 star, I just want to let everyone know my situation so be aware and don't fall to be a victim like me.

  Rental enterprise is honest business and employees are so nice and kind, that is good experience for me.
