I brought my Audi Q5 in last week for the A/C Ventilation System Cleaning Service at their Fountain Valley office, and I had a great experience. Ro was excellent—very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick, taking about 30 minutes, and my car’s A/C is odorless! I chose the Clean Air Green natural fragrance. Highly recommend this service if your car’s A/C smells funky!

This deodorizer is ultra strong! One shot in your vehicle, and it's hard to breathe until is settles down. Smells absolutely awesome! Best I've ever used!

Buy this stuff, I set off the fogger in the A.C. blower while it was on and set one off in the main vent system and we're not sick anymore.

My car smelled horrible. It WORKS and this green version doesn’t have any masking fragrance. No lingering chemicals like other brands that often make me more sick than the mold itself. I did require two treatments but reasonably so as it was horrendously bad. I am positive one treatment would do fine for most stinky cars.

Frequently Asked Questions About DWD2 Clean Air Inc.

How often should you have your vehicle's A/C evaporator cleaned?

The recommended frequency for cleaning a vehicle's ventilation system can vary based on several factors, including the vehicle’s age, overall condition, and the environment in which it operates. For example, vehicles driven in dusty, debris-filled, or high-humidity areas may require more frequent cleanings. As a general guideline, we recommend servicing the ventilation system every 3 to 6 months to maintain optimal freshness and air quality.

What are some signs that my vehicle's A/C may need cleaning?

There are several indicators that your vehicle’s ventilation system may require attention. Common signs include: Weak or reduced airflow from the vents, even when the fan is set to high. This can indicate buildup of dust, debris, or mold within the system, particularly around the evaporator or air ducts. Musty or unpleasant odors coming from the vents, which are often caused by mold, mildew, or bacteria accumulating in the ventilation system due to moisture retention. Poor cooling or heating efficiency, despite proper refrigerant or coolant levels. This may suggest that airflow is being obstructed by contaminants within the system. Regular cleaning of the ventilation system not only improves air quality and comfort but also helps prevent long-term damage to components and maintains overall HVAC efficiency. If you notice any of these symptoms, it may be time to schedule a professional cleaning.
