  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been buying parts from AutoZone for a long time, and this store is by far the worst one I’ve dealt with. I’ve used AutoZone’s loaner tool program many times—probably more than 10 times—and this is the only location where I’ve had problems. First, they said they couldn’t take the loaner tool back because the part number didn’t match, even though it clearly did. After I showed them the receipt, they started making other excuses, like pointing out stains on the tool and other minor issues, just to avoid taking the return

  It was morning and not so busy day this guy is easily piss off when I ask him if they have an oil filter for my car.he told me why I just ask when he is already checking him out..poor customer service.they should close this facility..it’s not fair because I have a lot of patience with these guys when they did something wrong.i never said anything but if I have a question that pisses them off.they loose their patience…I hope they care for the customers that’s what I’m asking.coz I have done a lot of DIY’s and bought a lot of parts from them.I think no more autozone forever!

  Didn’t catch anyone’s names, but the employee in glasses and I think the owner who wears glasses as well were super helpful. They went above and beyond, making sure I didn’t leave until my car was well enough to drive. Even checking my engine to see if I needed anything else. Overall great experience.!

  We bought Bosch windshield wipers (the best! 😋) for our Toyota. Professional service, we found the correct wipers in seconds. A friendly staff member even helped us mounting them! 💪🙏
