I’ve had a membership for 3+ years and the other quick quack locations don’t do this Sierra Randall is my go to as always 5/5 there

I maneuvered my wheel and he said “now your good!” but the whole time he just said come forward!

My car came out looking spotless like it just rolled off the lot. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Amy she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. She had such a positive attitude and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service like that is hard to find! Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be coming back for sure!
- ESElizabeth SuarezApr 8, 20262.0Staff are friendly. Update: I was double charged for having a membership with the previous car wash Blue. They charged me 34.99 2 days later which was my previous recurring charge with Blue, after I already paid 9.99 for a membership with Quick Quack. Kind of frustrating that I had to find out the hard way by looking at my billing statement and was confused as too why Quick Quack charged me again later for a greater amount. I finally had a chance to go in person to ask about that 2nd charge and was told that since I had a membership with the previous car wash Blue, it rolled over the charge. I can't stand this lack of communication so I just canceled both memberships and disputed the 34.99 charge off my credit card since I did not agree to a membership of 34.99 with Quick Quack, I agreed to that charge with Blue. Just beware if you had a membership with Blue, it will reactivate the old membership charge while being charged again for the Quick Quack membership. Staff are still friendly though.
- KGKate GApr 2, 20262.0this location is terrible. customer service is good but every time i go the car wash stops at least once. the second and last time i went it stopped 3 times and didn’t even pour soap on my car in the beginning. For $40 a membership that’s absolutely unacceptable. i really like the cute little basketball hoops they have, i like that they provide towels to dry, and overall if they fix that issue it would be soooo much better because i like everything besides that which is the most important thing. Sierra location seemed much better.

How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
