    Went midday on a weekday for an oil change. It took 2 hours 15 minutes. I was alone in the waiting room the entire time. Half the parking spaces were empty. Only one other customer walked in the entire time I was waiting. There were 4 mechanics. Four mechanics took 2 hours and 15 minutes on one oil change with no line.

    How to screw in my tire took it over and fixed it with no problem.These men are always the best! And the best part it was open on sunday!!!!!

    The call center place scheduled me an appointment and told me they could do it. Got to the place and the guy at the front ( horrible customer service) told me they couldn't do it they didn't have the part. He had way to much sass and was pretty unprofessional.

    Great customer service. Had major work done on old car. Very honest, took photos of areas that needed to be fixed and provided in an email. Great communication. Car drives a lot better now and ac works again. Recommend. Thank you Mountain View.

    Customer service was exceptional. Everybody there is personable and professional. It would’ve been a five star if the call center that I’ve called Told me the proper price for an oil change, thankfully when I got there, I spoke with the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my decision of going to Mountain View. I will be back but again the call center that your Storage is using needs a conference call with corporate.
