Their mobile app for their showers NEVER works HERE and there is ALWAYS A LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR SHOWERS!!!!! Which is very inconvenient because some of us would prefer to wait in our truck and NOT in the lounge with EVERYONE else waiting for a shower!!!! IF this wasn't one of our fuel stops........we wouldn't stop here!! NOT ONCE HAVE WE EVER BEEN ABLE TO GET A SHOWER USING THE MOBIL APP AND WE'RE HERE ONCE A WEEK GOING ON 3 MONTHS NOW.....WHICH IS WHY PILOT/FLYING J DESIGNED THE APP, FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE TRUCK DRIVER

- FCFrancisco CarrionFeb 19, 20261.0On February 19, 2026, around 8:40–9:00 PM, I visited the Flying Pilot located at 14320 Slover Ave, Fontana, CA. I ordered a slice of pizza from an employee named Veronica, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I was treated with clear disrespect, and the interaction was rude and unprofessional. There is no excuse for treating customers this way, especially for a simple order. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and that was completely lacking during this visit. Management seriously needs to put someone at the front counter who has manners and understands how to treat paying customers with respect. This experience left a very bad impression, and I hope it gets addressed.
