  this place is great the staff is very knowledgeable and do a thorough inspection of the car codes and even gave us a better option. took time to look up parts and took time explain why it’s better to do the update. big thank you to elijah for the over all customer service tune up, oil , and air filters was overall a great value and they didn’t turn me down when I needed a same day work which I needed before I go Vegas for our trip

  Is my fist time in this jiffy lube There’s no good customer services staff was just taking between them they didn’t resetting the maintenance required sign I prefer to go the one on foothill /etiwanda there’s good customer service there t don’t recommend this location

  Came in for oil change and now I cannot close my glove box. As with all oil changes, they want to upgrade sells with filter changes and there is one right behind the glove box that was in perfect shape. The last visit we were going to change it here but they were out of the product. I even bought it and returned to have them help me install it at no additional charge. Monday, they showed me that it was just fine but they neglected to properly put the glove box back in place and now I cannot close it properly. This is an inconvenience as I feel it is beyond irresponsible for them to touch parts of vehicle they cannot securely fix.

  Very accommodating and friendly. Easy to dealt with and very informative. Elijah, uriel and the team are the best. They shown how your oil was changed and its very fast. I will not hesitate to come back for my car oil change and other related services. I highly recommend this place.

  I came in here on Jan 17 at 1:13pm for a bolt replacement for the rear passenger tire that needed to be replaced, in order to patch a leak I’ve had on that tire. I also told them about a belt needing to be replaced and a tire rotation. I overheard them that a different car that came in after me had a quicker service and to move my car back to get them out the way. 45 minutes later they finally move my car into the bay and they said the rotors on the rear need replacing because so and so. I ask how much and they come back to me with a deal for $559 for all of it, I confirm all the services included, tire rotation as well. I agree and they kept pushing back time. At first they said an hour and a half, then another 30m because waiting on a part. Half hour later nothing and they come back to tell me they ordered the wrong part so more waiting. Finally at 515 they tell me it’s done and have me pay, I ask for the parts they removed and half are missing. Whatever, I leave. I look over the work order and no tire rotation listed but I will know if they did if the tire rotation if the tire with the leak goes down in pressure (as it has been since I’ve had the leak for over two months) Today I check the pressure for all the tires and only one is at 23 while the rest are 33 It’s the same tire, which prompts me to call them and ask. They said it’s not on the work order but I remind them I got a deal that included it. They say that they must’ve done it and not put it in the order. I tell them the issue with the pressure and ask wouldn’t the tire with the leak be in the front if a tire rotation was done? They go ahead and tell me they did a rotation but just the rotors, not the tire, and that the sensor for the tire pressure is wrong. Seriously?
