I ordered a slice of pizza from an employee named Veronica, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I was treated with clear disrespect, and the interaction was rude and unprofessional. There is no excuse for treating customers this way, especially for a simple order. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and that was completely lacking during this visit. Management seriously needs to put someone at the front counter who has manners and understands how to treat paying customers with respect. This experience left a very bad impression, and I hope it gets addressed.

- AAAjshanna AndersonJan 27, 20261.0I’ve came and ordered the same thing several times and i was never met with such hostility and disappointment if he didn’t want to make it he could have just said he didn’t want to but don’t try to force me to take something I don’t want and I’m paying 20$ for it and then to say some people you can’t satisfy when all they had to do was actually make what I asked for like they’ve done before first time I’ve encountered this pale, alphabet, mayonnaise master at this location and he was so very unpleasant and disgusting there no need to be rude and talk about someone in there face because I didn’t wanna take cold hard old food that wasn’t even what I ordered. Jon is a disappointment and makes a fine establishment intolerable !!!! with that slick back balding ponytail thinking he better than the customers.
