He said we are not trained to clean showers. Flying J gets its business from fuel and showers, come on! We need accessibly to the shower, I get it some take for ever but 5 number 3 hrs, and it’s not the first time, staff here in Fontana don’t prioritize shower at all.

I went to order food from there a few days ago and I asked him to give me 5 wings and 5 legs to make 10 pieces of chicken- that was enough to make him feel confused. Then I was having issues with my corporate card when I tried to pay and kept declining. He kept very rudely and unprofessionally saying DECLINED pretty loudly the three times we tried as if he was trying to embarrass me. Unfortunately for him I did have money to pay and prove him wrong. Then he never finished the transaction, closed the register and went to talk with a girl that works at the Wendy's there.

I spend thousands of gallons a week on fuel, but still receive terrible service. They refused to serve me just because I didn’t follow their unreasonable rule — making customers wait in a huge line even when there’s only one cashier. That’s ridiculous. I’ll never come back to this location again, and I recommend drivers go somewhere else.
