Usually reps offer a replacement of the same type or pick up elsewhere. This rep "Anna" was not only rude and distracted on her phone, but she denied giving me her name (another employee gave me her name)or helping me to get the the right car for my family trip. She kept saying that after an 1 hr you give up the reservation, she wouldnt help me find a replacement. I had to wait in the rain to get a lyft and go back home and rebook a new reservation just to get denied again and not once did a disrespect her. I've been renting vehicles for years with this company. I've dealt with delays and inconsistencies and always been patient. This employee put me through hell, as a business owner with a family....no one is going to tolerate that.
