During a very busy stressful Christmas holiday the associates never skipped a beat. They were professional understanding and as fast as can be. 5 stars all around!!
- MBMark BarajasDec 26, 20251.0Came in a week ago and rental went fine but for some odd reason the place needed our car insurance policy number even tho we were going get the damage wavier and this week we had to pay through a card machine instead of using our numbers and they just said its a new thing that just changed but no futher information why and our card was flagged even tho it went through fine week before. I can't remember the fellows name but he had glasses but short hair he helped us so well and explained the situation really calm I appreciate him. Recently we had a guy help us named David he wasn't much help at all didn't even seem like he wanted to be there, we reserved a mid size class car but on his hand held it showed him a intermediate when he showed us the car it looked small was not a midsize or intermediate. Wasn't until I asked him if we are getting a smaller car why we paying the same rate? So he acted like he was helping us by putting a smaller rate but I looked up the car size of the versa it's a sub compact with no features so that's the only car that was available and he didn't mention if any other car was coming in that was mid size just seemed like he wanted us out ASAP. The car was fine to drive just really small. I even mentioned to him how unsatisfied we were with the service but he didn't care. We won't be going to this location anymore because they were going charge us way more for a sub compact like it was a mid size and how now we have surprise hoops to jump next time we go. So no go.

- SMSara MartinezDec 8, 20251.0Car was very old. Did not have a hands free option so was very unsafe, especially for commuters. The car windows had no tint so I got burned by the sun everyday. Way too expensive. For someone that has no choice but to rent a car because of an accident, it was very Expensive!! It would equal out to 900 car payment for a car that was way less comfortable than my own.one of my co workers said "ew that's your rental?!" So embarrassing!!! I will tell everyone how bad it is.
