  Gary and I want to give outstanding costumer service shout out to Manny M! My headlights burnt out and I came in hoping for a Miracle that they could be replaced, Manny replaced them with "Assuring Detail Compatability" and my headlights look Amazing!!!!. Thank you Manny;) 10Starz🌟👌

  Been going to autozone for YEARS. the last 4 times I went have been a experience. None of the older guys that knew what they were doing work there anymore. It's a bunch of kids that dont even know how to look up parts. Today I sent my daughter to get oil and a filter for her 2018 camry. They first add a few lubricants that were not even needed without asking her. She had to go back in and return the items and ask why did you add these without asking. When she gets back and I look at the parts. They sold her the completely wrong oil filter with a cheap tool to use on the wrong oil filter. Thise items were returned and finally got the right part. As I work on the car I realize the oil filter plug was messed up from the previous owner so I call to see if they have any in stock.Manny picks up the phone starts looking up the part then it sounds like the phone was out in his pocket. I hear a bunch of noise then some random person picks up the phone saying "uh hello" then proceeds to look up the part and tells me all he can find is the oil plug for the pan. So frustrated I end the call and look up the item, figuring it must be a dealer only item or something g crazy. Nope, it's the first thing thats pops up with a part number and it says in stock for this exact autozone. So I go this time. I start telling the employee how I called and some guy named Manny left the phone on the counter. He tell me they would never do that, as he is speaking I look at the name tag and he is Manny! I call him out and he then says oh I must have been busy! So he then tries to look it up and tells me he can't find it. I tell him I was able to find it with simple Google. He tries to tell me that doesnt always work etc etc. I stop him and day no, this is the part I'm looking at the Pic! He finnaly with much hesitation agrees to find the part. And guess what, it is the right part. The time before I called to get brakes for my ss camaro and some girl answers that did not know what super sport meant and said all she sees is a ss next to it. Why do these people work at autozone? They shouldn't even be working at a McDonald's tbh. This is embarrasing. I had to do thier job for the many times. They can't find parts and know nothing about cars. Might as well hire all the ladies from the nail salon, I mean they would probably do a better job then these incompetent children.
