Salesman answered a message in person at 11pm. Wasnt rushed or pressured at all but they were very efficient. Once arriving id seen, driven the truck, talked numbers and was driving away within 2 hours financed. Thats pretty impressive.

*Review is for service department*
I will never be bringing my car to this service department again. I scheduled a quick lane service appointment online a week ago. Appointment was for 9am today. Brought the car in at 8:50. The person that checked me in said 1.5 hrs to 2 hours. This is just for a standard oil change and rotation. I said I would likely take a shuttle home. I tried to arrange a ride back to the dealership before my kid got out of school today at 1:15. Told the service person this too. I couldn't get a ride back so I waited. 1hr 45 mins later I see my car parked in the service bay in the same spot I left it. Asked the service person an eta and they said "oh we thought you were going to come back". I was after 2 hours. They then said that they won't have it done by 1pm. I asked for a manager. James Fuhs (parts & service director) came greeted me. He said since I told them I was taking a shuttle home the car wont be dont until after 1. They are short people who called in sick. I guess that's the customers fault who scheduled a appointment? No, you need service customers by their appointment time, especially if you quote them a completion time. James Fuhs attitude was he couldn't be bothered. If that's how he treats customers just imagine how his employees are. Probably couldn't care less about you or your vehicle.

I want to give a huge 5 star thank you to Nick Sexton at Ford for the outstanding service he provided. Nick went above and beyond helping me with my truck, and I truly appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and attention he showed throughout the entire process.
My truck is extremely important for my work, so getting it back on the road quickly was a big deal for me. Nick did an excellent job handling my warranty claim and made sure all of my maintenance needs were also taken care of at the same time. He stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress free.
What really stands out is that this is not just the first time I have experienced Nick’s great service, it is actually the third time. Every time I have worked with him, he has been reliable, professional, and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled the right way. That kind of consistency says a lot and is hard to find these days.
It is clear that Nick truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. He made me feel like my truck and my time mattered, and that level of service really stands out. Because of his hard work and attention to detail, I was able to get my truck back and get back to work without unnecessary delays.
Ford is lucky to have someone like Nick Sexton on their team. I sincerely hope his supervisor and management recognize the great job he is doing because employees like him make a big difference and are the reason customers keep coming back. Great job, Nick. I highly recommend asking for him if you need service at Ford.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, but the stand out that keeps me going back is the service center - most specifically James Willis. He is the epitome of going the extra mile for the customer. James makes it a point to stay in consistent communication with updates and will even bring you a bottle of water on a hot day. He is always pleasant. He gave me an opportunity to talk to the mechanic that worked on my truck to give me more insight. The mechanic was happy to take time to talk to me as well. That is a kind of customer care. I have come to expect and appreciate from James and the great service team over the years. Thanks!
