    Hilton was the star of the show! I’ve been going to multiple quick quacks and by far this has been my favorite one. Hilton had great customer service and did a fine and dandy job choosing what was the best for my vehicle in my price range, definitely makes me want to drive the extra 12 minutes just for my car!

    I’m not a big fan of automatic brush car washes because they can scratch the paint, but they’re fast and convenient. I previously used a smaller local chain, but after moving I had to try this location. I noticed the price was about 25% higher than what I paid before, but decided to give it a shot and even signed up for a subscription for two vehicles. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. The first major issue is the traffic organization on the property — it’s chaotic. Cars entering the wash constantly cross paths with vehicles exiting, which creates confusion and stress. As for the wash itself, it was acceptable, but the real problems started right after I exited the wash tunnel. I immediately found myself at an intersection where I had to yield to incoming cars waiting to wash, while another vehicle was coming up behind me from the exit line. It forced me to move forward under pressure. After that, I couldn’t proceed because I ran straight into a line of cars waiting for the vacuum and air stations. I had to sit there for about five minutes. When I finally pulled into a spot to finish drying the car, I discovered there were no clean towels available anywhere. The vacuum also wasn’t working. I used my own towel and tried to use the air blower to remove water, but that didn’t work either — the air valve was broken. I waited for another spot to open, moved there, and found that the air hose trigger was broken as well. In the end, I had to leave with a wet car. The next day I canceled my subscription. I hope to find a better place. I do not recommend this location. Management should seriously pay attention to these issues.

    The folks that work at the wash do not help you, ultimately I believe that is where the mishap happened (deleted an old car and added new license plate) and they tell you to call the 800# and you get a message to call again later, no one to answer the 800 customer service #. So essentially you are left there needing a wash and can’t have it even though you have a membership. So I paid to add a car I already pay for and I was told I couldn’t get that refund. Why on earth would you not refund that? And now I get these emails that say it’s resolved. Not even close. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED. The absolute worst experience.
