    I made an appointment for 7:45 AM and dropped my car off the night before. For the second time, there were no envelopes available for my key. I had to find an envelope in my car and use that to provide information. I indicated that the brake light was coming on while driving And the brakes were screeching in reverse. I was told that no problem could be replicated although when my son got in the car to drive away, the brakes immediately screeched went in reverse. Despite having my car checked in at 7:45 AM I was not called by a representative till almost 11:00 AM. I was not contacted for the rest of the day regarding the status of my vehicle. When I called just before 5 PM I was told there were no problems with the car, but unfortunately, the office was closed. No issues were remedied and yet my car was going to be kept overnight for no reason.

    The service department experience was excellent. Drew greeted me as soon as I pulled up. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He and I talked about my vehicle and he explained clearly the options I had. I’m confident that my car was serviced appropriately. Loved the Lyft pickup process. Also really impressed with the video overview sent to me of my car - no doubts about its condition.

    I could not give 5 stars because I had nothing to compare the price that I was charged to. I was shocked to learn that there was no record of the 30K mile maintenance service, because I purchased the vehicle used from Enterprise Auto Sales on January 28, 2023 with an odometer reading of 50,472 miles. Their rental fleet was serviced and maintained by Nissan of Elk Grove, so I would think that the 30K service would have been performed in order to keep the new vehicle warranty valid.

    The service department and the way they handle their customers is awful. In the past 3 weeks I have had a scheduled appointment for service. The first time I was told there was a 4 hour wait. They can't take me home because I live 30 minutes away. They can't loan me a car because I have a service dog. So I said I would just make another appointment, which I did. I made it for this morning early. I get there and once again 4 hour wait. I am sorry your techs are sick but they could have at least called. Today it was foggy and tons of traffic but I was there on time. Only to be told that I wouldn't get my service without a 4 hour wait time. This is horrible customer service. When I bought my car I added the service packet so I could make sure my car is healthy. However I am not sure I will return to get my promised regular maintenance. I can't be driving back and forth and not get my service when I have made an appointment. So I would rather just pay instead of this lack of service and disrespect of my time. I love my car but I have to say that I would not recommend this location. You really need to do better service department..

    I was having an issue with rain leaking into my car so I brought it to Future Nissan assuming I would receive the best Sevice from a dealership. When my car was finished I was told that there was a part that was broken. Your employee Julian Kuper insisted it was not broken by the mechanic but it did happen in the exact place where he was repairing a recall. I insisted that Julian look up the price of the broken part and it was $70. I texted him Monday to order the part and two more times since then and he has not responded back. So long story short, I came in to get my leaky roof repaired for$1800, your team broke a part worth $70 and won’t return my text to get it fixed.
