- KGKristina Garza5 days ago1.0My 1st time here since Sacramento location closed Nicole greeted me had an attitude went over details about my car and she had nerve to ask me why I declined a $1200 service she never checked in with me never texted me the receipts I was there 2.5 hrs for an oil change and I thought they washed the cars but guess not there was a few low cost items I could of got replaced but she never asked me or notified me while they had my car I’m definitely not impressed with this location I should’ve requested Drew

Nicole explained so many things to me and made me feel really comfortable. Every time I take my car in there I left very satisfied! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Nissan Folsom. Even if you were to find another place getting you in quicker or if they were cheaper.....I would definitely wait for Nissan Folsom. Thank u Nicole and thank u service dept.

Lee set a time frame for the repairs and kept that schedule. Lee maintained good communication through the process. Max performed the service and did a great job. Being a tech myself I tend to have expectations that others may not. This group met my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to stop the car by flooring the brakes and mercifully did not hit anyone or anything. Turns out the caliper came off. They fixed the car after having it towed back. I had to ask what happened several times and finally got an admission of tech error. I was lucky, and I hope Folsom Nissan knows they were too? It felt like a bigger deal to me than to them.
