- SBsean bJun 10, 20241.0Today Nissan Folsom called me with a special offer oil change only $45, I told the lady cool sign me up. I let her know my truck was a diesel, some other guy called me back saying that the diesel oil change is $240. I said that’s not a special offer, he then told me the call center knows nothing about nothing and blah blah blah. This is a bait and switch, if your call center has all of my information, then they should know what kind of truck I have and not offer something they cannot honor. Thats Nissans bad not mine. The guy said he would run it up the ladder then call me back. He never called back. I would love for someone to call me back and discuss this, the Nissan personal called me out of the blue and offered me something they cannot honor. I had to stop working and put meetings on pause to have multiple talks w/ Nissan personnel. This is bad business and if your call center is doing this to me I’m sure they are doing it to thousands of people. I would like the $45 oil change honored and Nissan take this has a learning experience that their employees have all information before offering something. Please contact me.
