the staff who received me was nice and respectful thats why its 2 starts. however pricing was outrageous they quoted me $485 for a $100 repair and a $465 for a switch that costs $21!! the check out lady was super rude and unprofessional on top of that the wheels covers fell off when i was driving out because they didnt bother to secure them and when i went to tell her she said " they are just clips you can push them in and they will go back" like yes i can but why didnt your people make sure everything is put back right instead of giving me attitude!!

Please do not take your car here for service! I had it brought in due to rats living in my engine and my insurance quoted $600 max but this dealership said it would cost around $9000 to fix. They pushed me to get insurance involved knowing that they could overcharge, and when my dad told them we would seek maintenance elsewhere, they began suggesting that I would be in danger because of this issue when in reality only one single wire was partially chewed by the rats (per Shannon’s thorough examination, they are awesome!). On top of that, because we decided to take the car elsewhere after they lied and tried to take advantage of the situation, they told us we would have to pay $4000 due to the fact that they were “storing” my car. I am absolutely distraught, I had to move for college 3 days after this happened to my car and they have made this entire experience a nightmare for me. I have seen other reviews with similar issues and they have promised to “make sure this doesn’t happen again” but obviously they do this quite often and absolutely know how to work the system. Again, please avoid getting serviced here, go to Shannon’s in Folsom!

Very friendly however they will rip you off. I was told I needed $7400 worth of work. The service man kept suggesting I contact my insurance. When I asked for the customary pictures or videos to support the claim I needed so much work, I was told twice it was texted to me and sent to my email. I never received them. I finally said I was taking my vehicle elsewhere and then was told let’s start with the cheapest item. I declined and they up charged the work I did have done and eliminated an item I was told was included in the price.
I had my car towed to another repair shop and it only needed $1200 worth of work.
This Nissan dealership will rip you off. They are not honest.

Future Nissan of Folsom has the most unprofessional, uncaring staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My 2021 Leaf has been rendered essentially nonfunctional due to an open safety recall that has no timeline in sight. Not the dealership's fault at all. HOWEVER, when I called to speak with someone about having the remainder of prepaid maintenance package refunded because of this, I was told that someone would call me back "within a few days." When a few days had gone by I reached out via the online contact form so that I would have it in writing. I was called by someone at the dealership who transferred me to the finance manager, Jeff Unger. I left Jeff Unger a message asking for a call back. This was a Saturday. On Tuesday I called and left another message. It is now Thursday and Jeff has still not called me back.
I also called the service department to have my service records emailed to me and was told that can't be done due to "privacy concerns." Uh, this isn't my medical records. When I explained to Drew in the service department that because of the significant degradation of my battery range I can not make it to the dealership and back home without needing to charge my car, which I can't do because of the open safety recall, and his response was, "Oh, that's too bad. Maybe you can find another way to get here." When I reached out to the service manager Aaron, I have received no response either.
This dealership has no problem using shady sales tactics to push over priced cars onto their customers, but when there's an actual issue they are nowhere to be found.
Perhaps this review will reach them, or someone that has even a modicum of professional ethic and this dealership will do what's right and return my phone calls. Very likely not, as it seems Jeff and Aaron are not stand up business people to deal with. While I have recourse in escalating this to Nissan Consumer Affairs and have an open case with them already, I want to warn others to think about purchasing elsewhere with a more ethical and professional team.

I Bought my first Nissan Frontier Pro4X
At Future Nissan of Folsom there staff and sales team were very good. And the salesman Mir was great to work with he was polite and knowledgeable about the Nissan vehicles that surround us.
I’ve been a Toyota pickup owner throughout most of my years behind the wheel with SR5’s and TRDs when it was time for a new one I shopped and shopped but just couldn’t justify paying Toyotas new premium price tags for there trucks.
My wife has been driving a Nissan Xterra for 15 years and it’s been the best SUV we have ever owned family ready and trail ready for all adventures with the kids.
Extremely reliable vehicle and very low cost maintenance.
When I compared the costs between the new Toyota Tacoma with the premium options VS
Nissan Frontier Pro4X with its premium options it was a no brainer.
The Frontier had it all. for not 100s less
1,000s less if you are looking for a new midsize truck or SUV or Car I strongly recommend visiting Future Nissan of Folsom and ask for the young salesman Mir he will guide you through with ease and confidence.
Thanks to everyone at Folsom Nissan.
New truck is great.
