  I’ve been to many car lots trying to get a vehicle and no one would help me or give me numbers. Applied online at Nissan and Donovan got to me right away and had number for me right away. Drove to Folsom Nissan the next day with the best sales experience. Donovan, sales managers and David in finance was amazing. I was in and out with no problem. Everyone was so friendly and great. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

  My first experience with Future Nissan of Folsom was disappointing! Don’t waste your time trying to schedule a service appointment. It is meaningless! I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am 10 days before and arrived at the service center at 9 am. The service manager told me it would take an hour and half or two. It took 7 hours and 10 minutes to get it done! When I questioned the reason for delay, she said “ there were several cars ahead of yours”- B. S. ! They could simply say ‘first come first serve’ , why bother making an appointment! If there were several cars ahead of me, why they didn’t schedule me for a later day or week? Well, this is Future Nissan. They can’t deliver service they promise. After 7 hours of waiting, they even didn’t bother to wash my car! It seems that Customer satisfaction is not their priority!

  I used to dread going to a car lot. Today at Future Nissan of Folsom I left with a different attitude. I initially was contacted by Donavan via internet inquiry. Texted, set up a time to meet at the lot. I have to say this young man was professional and made the time spent a good experience. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I found the vehicle I wanted. He waited with me while David (the Finance young man) worked on my numbers and got me a very satisfactory rate - thank you David! It took some time but overall I left happy. I would recommend you ask for Donovan and David to assist you.

  My first visit was for a vehicle recall. I've recently moved to Folsom I wanted to establish a relationship with future Nissan. I was provided shuttle service home and back via lyft. I felt like the service dept had my best interest at heart even though I declined some of the recommended service beyond the recall. I will return to future Nissan for future service needs.

  I spent two days corresponding by email with Vadym regarding a KBB offer to purchase my car. An offer was made, confirmed, and an appointment was scheduled for me to visit the dealership to finalize the sale. When I arrived, I was handed off to Ryan, who inspected the vehicle and then presented an offer that was less than one third of the amount previously quoted by both KBB and Vadym via email. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied and explained that the offer was dramatically lower than what had been confirmed in writing, Ryan laughed at me and walked away. I then went to the front desk and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was told by Keith that there was no General Manager and that I needed to leave. When I calmly explained my frustration with the discrepancy and showed him the email confirmation on my phone, Keith mocked me for a medical condition that causes tremors. When I requested the General Manager's Name and phone number, Keith spent 15 minutes pretending to try to remember the GM's name, acting like he was writing the information on a business card, throwing the businesses card and saying he "had the right to refuse service" and wasn't going to give me any information, having employees pretend to call the police for "telling the manager what to do", disappearing into the back, and then recording me with his personal cell phone. After more than 20 minutes of waiting and repeatedly asking, I was eventually given a name and phone number for the General Manager. After leaving the dealership, I attempted to call the number provided and found that it was not a valid phone number. Take your business literally ANYWHERE else than here where they have no problem making a written offer and then going back on it and laughing at you, mocking you and "calling the police" on you when you call them on it.
