It has not even been a year and we have put over $10,000 into this car!!! Spark plugs, new battery, full injection cleaning, brake fluid flush/replacement and a freakin transmission!! ( not to mention routine maintenance/oil changes, etc) Oh and guess what? Yes, my car is in the shop again as of this morning!!! Needs whole new engine block, another $11,000 worth of repairs not to mention a rental car I have to cover for the weeks. Reached out to owner of Folsom Lake Ford and NO response.

- RHRick HannaNov 21, 20255.0I recently took my Mother in laws 2013 Ford Focus to Folsom lake for transmission trouble,its a long story and I won't bore you but I had took the car to a other transmission shop because I thought her car was out of warranty, he diagnosed the trouble as transmission control module a 1400 fix,he called the Ford dealer and found that they had a prolonged coverage because of known defect with the transmission, dropped off with Service writer Jaye Ford who was very friendly and professional,they ended up fixing the car under warranty, and I had a very good experience there,thank you Folsom Lake Ford for helping us with this trouble and being very professional and friendly, you have gained a customer back
