    I bought a 2020 F-150 from Future Ford Roseville that showed signs of multiple power train issues not long after the purchase. Purchased the warranty thankfully but when I took it into Ford Roseville they gave me the run around. They said I needed to “replace all spark plugs” when in reality, my truck needed a whole new engine. I received a second opinion from my mobile mechanic who confirmed then took it to Folsom Lake Ford. Night and day experience from Roseville. My service advisor, Jay, was knowledgeable and familiar with my issue and the diagnosis process for the issue. He utilized my warranty to help me get a whole new engine. They assisted me with rental cars and were communicative every step of the way. If you’re thinking about taking your car to Ford Roseville, reconsider and check out Folsom.

    We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We were interested in a 2021 Jeep Gladiator (60,900 miles) listed for $23,888 and communicated with the seller for about a week. We clearly explained that we live three hours away, were ready to come immediately, and would bring a $10,000 down payment. The night before (February 3 at 9:00 PM), the seller confirmed the vehicle was still available and scheduled us for 11:00 AM the next day. At 9:00 AM, while driving there, we messaged again to confirm, and the seller reacted with a heart emoji, which we understood as confirmation. However, when we arrived at 11:00 AM, another representative told us—without even checking the system—that the car had been sold one hour earlier.We had already sold our own vehicles below market value, closed our workplaces for the day, and driven three hours based on their confirmation. During the discussion, a young blond sales representative told me to “be quiet,” which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After leaving, nearby dealerships told us this type of situation is known as a bait-and-switch tactic and that it has reportedly happened here before. We strongly recommend that future buyers get written confirmation and hold agreements before traveling long distances. Very disappointing experience.
