  I reserved a car online for a road trip that was gonna take with my wife for her birthday when I get there to pick it up the car they did not have the car available so I end up canceling and taking my own car really disappointed

  Everyone was professional, and helpful. The vehicle options were fantastic, and the office very clean and comfortable.

  I’m giving 5 stars because of Omar, who truly saved what was otherwise a very stressful experience. From start to finish, the process was honestly a hassle. In San Diego, my temporary license paperwork (printed from my official online replacement order) wasn’t accepted, which sent me on a 4+ hour DMV trip—by scooter—only to receive handwritten paperwork instead. I then returned to Enterprise and was told debit cards aren’t accepted unless you have a flight booked, something I wasn’t aware of. This forced me to rush to another Enterprise location just before closing. The next day, I was scheduled to drop the car off at 3 PM in Rancho Cordova, but when I arrived, the location had already closed at 2 PM and didn’t have a drop box. To avoid extra charges, I had to hold onto the car overnight and wait until the next morning to explain everything in person. That’s when Omar stepped in. He was incredibly understanding, professional, and kind. He listened, took care of everything, and immediately put me at ease. I was so relieved. He even offered me a ride home, which I didn’t realize was an option (I had already arranged a pickup). While the policies and communication made this experience difficult, Omar’s customer service made all the difference. He deserves recognition for turning a frustrating situation into a positive ending.

  😫 I’ve been to this location twice and both times had to wait hours WITH a reservation.. Our most recent visit was on 1/16/2026. There were a total of 4 employees working. 3 were nice but 1 (I can’t remember his name) needed help in the customer service department! When we checked in (the guy who checked us in was friendly) we were told that the type of car we booked wasn’t available so they would give us some other options. They said one was an SUV and the other was a genesis which was getting its oil changed. We were asked to have a seat. I wanted to see the SUV before committing to it but somewhere along the line, it got rented out. We were told that there was a mustang available at a different location and they went to get it. In the meantime, I inquired about the genesis and how much longer for the oil change since I was told that was an option. I was asking the young lady at the counter when rude guy basically dismissed me, shaking his head no. Then I said I still wanted to know how much longer it would be. Blake (I think that’s his name) who was also friendly said he’d check on the status. By the time the mustang got there, we just decided to take it cause it was already going on 2 hours of us waiting for a car, ANY CAR. I drove our car home and my Husband finished everything up. When he got home, we loaded everything in the car, got ready to leave, only to notice a crap ton of dog hair on the dashboard!! We got out and looked around and saw dog hair also all in the carpet and on top (outside) on the soft top. Plus it smelled like dirty dog. I don’t know who does their cleaning/detailing but they suck! My Husband cleaned the dashboard off as best he could but my eyes and skin immediately started itching. We drove back to enterprise to switch to something else. 30 minutes or so later, the Genesis was ready so we took that. The whole experience sucked! We will never go back to that location! Normally we go to the Rancho Cordova location (2757 Citrus Rd) and we’ve NEVER had any issues. We’ve also never waited more than 10-15 minutes for a car! I just don’t understand why one location can get people in and out while another location takes hours…. Anyway, if you want to wait for hours, be inconvenienced and have nothing offered for your inconvenience then definitely go to the Folsom location 😒
