    The people here at the actual store are great but this rating is more for Enterprise corporate as this store allows for after hours drop off but they then try and tell you that you are held responsible for any and all problems with said vehicle until they decide to show up and check the vehicle in so like today they're closed and they're also closed tomorrow but I have to drop the rental off today so it's going to sit here for 48 hours before they decide to show up and check the vehicle in and they're going to try and hold me personal responsible for anything that happens to the vehicle

    Only having two employees working the front on a Saturday makes wait times unreasonable. If staffing is an issue, there are solutions—bringing help from another location, calling in staff, or hiring additional employees. This location could do much better with proper scheduling.

    This place is an absolute joke. They let you reserve vehicles on their website that they don’t even have available at the location. When you show up to pick up the vehicle that you reserved online they will tell you that they don’t have it, and will then proceed to provide zero help in finding it. Don’t waste your time here, I would give zero stars if I could.

    Was hoping I wouldn’t have to write this but after an awful experience, and trying to contact someone, including corporate management, numerous times and receiving really no response, maybe this is what it takes. We made a reservation in July for November 9th (so 4 months in advance) at noon for a 7 seater Chrysler mini van in order to take 4 of us and 8 bags to the airport for our wedding. We showed up at 11:45 to be told they had no cars or vans available for us. We watched them hand the keys to the exact van we had reserved to someone in front of us (I’m sure they didn’t make a reservation 4 months in advance), and were told the only thing they had was a 4 door sedan. The man who talked with us was rude (Zach), clearly didn’t care at all about the situation and made no attempt to remedy it. Told us we could try Sacramento airport or Roseville and brushed us off completely. Not sure why no one bothered to call and tell us ahead of time that there were no cars. We called Roseville, explained the situation who said they weren’t sure they had anything but to come over. They did their best and gave us an F150 that cost us $150 more than our original reservation was supposed to cost. I called corporate multiple times and complained and was told someone would call me back. No one did, I finally called 3 weeks after the initial incident and was told a supervisor would call me, instead I was called from Folsom by a supervisor who told me he couldn’t do anything about what Roseville charged me. And made no attempt to make the situation right. I called again to let him know who the original complaint was against and was told he’d call me back - he didn’t. Just the entire situation has been handled so poorly. I will never ever rent from enterprise again, and cannot believe how badly this has been handled. So much for good customer service, and right before our wedding too. Very disappointed.
