My engine light went on and they did a free engine check and gave me a print out to provide to the car shop I go to. I was still worried because my car had trouble starting, so they went out to check the alternator (which turned out to be fine as well as my car battery). They suggested I clean off the corrosion on my battery which might've caused the issue with the car starting. Also, my car hood took a bunch of effort to pop open. I was grateful for all three of them helping out in different parts of these processes instead of just saying to take it to somebody else. As a young woman I feel it's hard to find trustworthy and honest people in the car/automotive/mechanic industry. They offered me realistic suggestions and opinions for caring for my car or what other possible issues were, and did not try to upsell me.
