  I came into the store due to being at another autozone location earlier that day to get a new battery. Long story short the wrong battery was put in my car. I called the folsom location and Jim said to come over and he will fix the situation. Jim was very pleasant and did all the extras cleaning the corrosion etc and got me the correct battery installed. Jim was very knowledgeable and had great customer service.

  Jim the manager was incredibly helpful with installing my headlights! The other workers were also very helpful especially with installing my new battery. Thank you guys for everything! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends!

  Shout out to Jake, Joey, and Ryan for helping me out with my Camry! My engine light went on and they did a free engine check and gave me a print out to provide to the car shop I go to. I was still worried because my car had trouble starting, so they went out to check the alternator (which turned out to be fine as well as my car battery). They suggested I clean off the corrosion on my battery which might've caused the issue with the car starting. Also, my car hood took a bunch of effort to pop open. I was grateful for all three of them helping out in different parts of these processes instead of just saying to take it to somebody else. As a young woman I feel it's hard to find trustworthy and honest people in the car/automotive/mechanic industry. They offered me realistic suggestions and opinions for caring for my car or what other possible issues were, and did not try to upsell me.
