  Worst experience. Reserved a car 1 month in advance and was contacted and informed on the day of the rental it was not available and downgraded from a full size AWD SUV to a minivan. Minivan issued had a broken 12 V system, filthy interior and a active maintenance alert. Requested a replacement and none provided ended up with zero vehicle.

  Liz was quick to expedite our situation and was able to pick us up after our van was considered totaled and when there had to be an extension with our rental, the communications between Enterprise and GEICO adjusters were seamlessly easy all the way to acquiring our new vehicle.
