Reserved a car 1 month in advance and was contacted and informed on the day of the rental it was not available and downgraded from a full size AWD SUV to a minivan. Minivan issued had a broken 12 V system, filthy interior and a active maintenance alert. Requested a replacement and none provided ended up with zero vehicle.

I got a roller skate on wheels, oil light on, ac not working (I'm in menopause so I'm hot n cold) slowest car and I'm picking family up from air port from outta state, we had a funeral to attend for my grandfather and I was very humiliated. I'm almost ready to give up on enterprise and something shall be done for this inconvenience .
