I you miss a test at the time giving and you do it a minute later because you're driving it gives you a penalty fee. You check on calibration dates and doe not give a date. You miss the date and you have to pay a fee. The exact lease amount that you pay bi-weekly that was given initially the day you signed varies on I don't know what. Poor customer service and most of the time it is hard to communicate with the operators. Too much of a hassle and fees.

Just spent over 300$ for this debacle. Isaiah did a great job unraveling this for me. Of course I have to drive to Sacramento to have this removed as premier audio will never see my car again. Complete hacks. You should review your subcontractors. Also defective device noted I didn't get the ignition lockout fixed for 4 days in less than 24 hours of it being in my car. Isaiah is the only reason I'm not calling the better business beaurogh on this company. 5 stars to Isaiah. Zero stars to this company
