  It’s kind of cute that there’s a duck projected on the windshield during the automatic wash. Unfortunately, the wash itself didn’t do a great job and left several old stains and soap residue behind. I went back and asked for a re-wash since the policy allows it if the car isn’t cleaned properly. The staff couldn’t find my car information that they had scanned earlier (not sure why it was scanned in the first place), and said they couldn’t give me a re-wash. I had to pull up my dash cam footage and card transaction to show that I had just been there. What should have been a quick car wash turned into an unpleasant experience. Even after the second wash, there were still stains and soap left on the car. I ended up pulling into the drying area, using their towels to wipe down the stains, and even using my own water bottle to rinse off the remaining soap. I like the facility setup such as the clean towels, bin, and vacuum, and the branding of Quick Quack, but the wash quality wasn’t great, and customers shouldn’t have to prove their visit instead of the system working the other way around. It’s a nicer and safer express car wash place, but for $27.99, it was more hassle and cost more than the other express car washes in town.
