I had a confirmed reservation for 3:00 PM for a mid-size SUV. Before I arrived, Nathan called and said they didn’t have the SUV or any of the other vehicles in that class, but they could offer me a truck instead. I agreed and drove to the branch. When I arrived, Nathan was busy with another customer, but the staff began processing my rental. After completing my information and walking me outside, they suddenly tried to give me a tiny compact Mitsubishi Mirage instead of the SUV or the truck I was promised. Not only was this car completely different from what I reserved, but they tried to charge me the same rate I was paying for a larger SUV—over $100—for a car that is worth far less. This location clearly does not honor reservations, provides misleading information, and shows no regard for customer time or trust. The lack of professionalism and transparency from Nathan and his staff was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and booking elsewhere.
