  I'VE been to this AutoZone dozens of times and I always felt that the customer service there was adequate nothing memorable but on April 18 between 3&6 pm I was helped by someone who was less than adequate I don't know his name short tubby guy and without getting into any specifics. I just wanted to say I don't want him assisting me in the future. I would rather wait for any other associate to assist me or primate..lol

  Solid AZ. Was the only one in the east bay area that had the specific paint I needed. They offered to put a hold on it, and so it would def be there when I arrived. Often i buy items online and pick them up. And autozone can be the best place to buy things like Brakekleen and bulkvshop towels.. but not all autozones are the same.. some are pretty small and wont have everything on hand. Not the case here.. This particular autozone is actually the biggest store ive ever seen... no doubt they have anything you could need.

  Had a great experience at the store. The a person at the register was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The store looked well organized for a part store.And everybody spoke to me when I came in.
