  Julian, that works at the wash has wonderful customer service. He told me to come try out the Fairfield wash and I’m glad I did! They did a great job. Inside and out.

  I was just at this place and took my vehicle in for a 5-star detail service, expecting just that. The car was vacuumed, but the seats weren't wiped down and the center console still had dirt. Not at all a 5-star detail service. I called in to mention this and the person who answered the phone asked me to come back (on my busy Sunday) and the crew would wipe and vacuum again. They also said that they don't detail, they just wipe down the car. I suggest the owner change the name to 5-star wipe down service because I did expect a detailed job. My bad I guess. 😊

  Great car wash with consistently excellent customer service. They offer competitive deals, and the quality of their products is outstanding. My car always comes out sparkling clean with no water spots left behind. Julian is especially helpful—knowledgeable, efficient, and always quick to answer questions and assist with the sign-up process. I highly recommend this business.

  Just visited 5 Star Car Wash for the first time to get my very messy car detailed and let me say, Julian Reece was delightful. He was so friendly and got my car looking brand new again! Highly recommend you request him specifically. It’s nice to see a car wash place who hires high quality employees that still value customer service and professionalism. No wonder they are called 5 star car wash! Literally 5 STAR SERVICE !!!! 🚗 🧼

  I had an amazing experience at 5 Star Wash in Fairfield! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. My car hadn’t looked this clean in a long time—every detail was handled with care. A special shoutout to the manager, Julian, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he runs a tight ship and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Fast service, great attention to detail, and top-notch customer care.
