  Once my brake job was finished, a light was still coming on. Cornell took my car back into the shop & put it on the riser. He gave it another inspection, filled my brake reservoir & fixed the issue. I completely trust the folks at this shop & will be returning for all future automotive needs.

  Recently brought my truck in for a service. I got there shortly after they opened so I got in quickly and they had my truck done fast. But I noticed there were things they checked off as being done that very obviously were not done. The work order lists that the trucks was vacuumed, Windows were not cleaned per work order, tire pressures were not set, unless my sensors are wrong. It also says my wipers didnt need replacing when I know for a fact they do and also the cabin filter was marked as not needed when it actually does. I didnt evennget a oil change reminder sticker becsuse their printer was down or something. These are not big issues but it does make me wonder what else wasnt done that was marked as completed. Ive come here off and on for years but I think this is going to be my last time.

  After at least 10 years of my wife and I both getting our oil changes here I am done with this location. We all know they upsell everything they can, and about a year ago I finally said ok to replacing the cabin filter even though it cost a few more bucks than doing it myself. Fast forward a bit and the next time I ordered one off amazon for much cheaper, I go to replace it and find the filter they installed was just crammed in sideways which completely folded it in the slot rendering it completely useless, thanks Speedee. Recently I had a mechanic go through my wifes engine to repair some leaks, old car and the engine seals had just work down so it was dripping oil here and there, more annoying than anything. After the repair everything dried up in the engine and underneath in the driveway. Wife gets an oil change a month later and now I see fresh oil stains again, I think maybe they spilled a little oil it happens. Fresh oil still showing up weeks later so I tell my mechanic and take it back to him thinking one of the seals didn't sit right or something. He tears down the side of the motor and its completely dry, then looks under at the oil filter and its freshly wet all around the seal and running off the filter. Either they didn't tighten it properly or it was just a bad filter which happens when you use the cheap white filters. I take it back and they say nothing is wrong with the filter and that it leaking from the timing cover. Now I have never know a cover to leak oil, and if they meant leaking from behind it they are full of it because I saw it with my own eyes the day before. Wouldn't even replace the cheap filter they use, as if I went through all of this just to get a new filter. Went to another location and the guy replaced the filter without no trouble at all, and it took half the time I wasted at this location. If you want to roll the dice and hope they do their job go ahead, just know they are more concerned with selling you additional services at expensive costs instead of doing a proper job changing your oil. Congrats on losing a customer you had for years, do better
