  They were very nice and efficient! The one thing I liked a lot was that they didn’t push all the other services on me. They went over them like normal, but didn’t make me feel bad for not getting an extra service for the day or paying extra for something. They were just very professional and nice and very helpful. I will be going back to this location in Escondido, for my next oil change for sure!!!!

  Great experience at Valvoline Oil Change in Escondido, CA. The staff was friendly, Kaleb was awesome from the beginning and professional with no pressure to upsell. Service was quick, and I appreciated being able to stay in my car. I left feeling confident in the work—would definitely return.

  Kaleb and Ivan were very helpful and very professional. I have a broken left arm and a soft cast on my right wrist and he took the time to reset everything for me and Check everything for me. I really appreciate both of them. Thank you.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Anthony, Luis, and Adolfo were all incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. They walked me through everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

  I went in for an oil change without my husband for the first time which was my first mistake and it usually runs me about $130 for an oil change which is what i was expecting to pay. One of the men then told me I needed a radiator coolant flush to avoid any damage to my radiator. First I said no but then he kept trying to tell me how important it is etc. The guy stated it was $29.99 so i said sure. It cost me a total of $275. When i saw that it was $129.99 rather than $29.99 I said never mind but they said it was absolutely needed and was too late to change my mind even tho they hadn’t even started yet. I wasn’t going to argue with them as It was my fault for going by myself. I informed my husband that it cost me $275 rather than $130 which he was livid and told me that i fell for their scamming tactic. The manager encouraged me to leave a review so here is my honest review. I then saw on google that they do this to everyone. They inform all their customers they need extra services such as coolant flush etc. which is exactly what happened to me. Now i know for the future to just say no. Don’t be like me and fall for their scamming tactics. You don’t need the extra service unless your car actually tells you.
