  I have had mixed experiences with Safelite, and I hope this is an isolated incident. I scheduled my windshield replacement a week in advance to secure a morning appointment. However, the appointment was delayed until the afternoon without any prior notification. I had to call to learn about the delay and was informed it would be rescheduled for the afternoon. When it became late afternoon, I called again and was told it would be moved to the next morning, which conflicted with my work schedule. I managed to reschedule my work, but the technician arrived late again, even though I was supposed to be the first appointment. After the windshield was replaced, it failed to calibrate due to a reported defect, requiring me to schedule another appointment at the Safelite shop the following week. On my day off, I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM as instructed, with an estimated 5-hour turnaround. Despite not hearing from them, I called at 3 PM (7 hours later) and was told they had not started and that I might need to pick up the car the next morning. This required me to reschedule work again, find a ride the next day, and arrive late to work. While I understand that things don’t always go as planned, the most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and accountability from Safelite regarding the delays.

  Fernando was my technician and he did a fabulous job. I thought I had to go to the shop and drop off my car, but they came to my workplace ,even though I needed calibration. So convenient!!! Thanks again !

  Safelite did a great job. The website scheduling system was easy to use. They confirmed the appointment in advance and let me know when they were en route to my house. The technician was professional ans worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

  Thanks for ease of scheduling appointment, convenient location, warranty included in price, and useful information to prepare for appointment. Technician was very helpful and patient.

  Had an appointment and dropped off car at 7:30. Told it would be done by early afternoon. First off, it is a nightmare to get a hold of the place. You have to go through AI then a call center. Told car would be done at 4. Arrived at 4:30 and told "oops" its going to be another 30 minutes hopefully. Communication sucks.
