  Went to Green Leaf Rent A Car in Escondido just trying to grab a quick ride… ended up getting emotionally manipulated by Alex behind the counter 😭 Bro was way too smooth for a rental place. I came in for keys and left feeling like I signed a lifelong contract I didn’t read. The way Alex said ‘you’re all set’ had me like… no I’m not bro, I’m questioning things now. Customer service? Actually elite. Car was clean, drove perfect, zero issues. Almost makes me mad how good everything was. Only problem is now I don’t know if I need another rental or if I just need to go back and argue with Alex for no reason. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely come back… even if I don’t need a car.

  Rented a car while out visiting family I’ve had many horror stories in the past I dealt with a young man named Alex and he absolutely knocked it out of the park got me a super clean bronco perfect for me my two kids and fiance zero problems the whole trip definitely will rent from here again in the future and especially if Alex is the one renting me the vehicle

  I was visiting California as a surprise for my mom’s 80th birthday and needed a vehicle to get around. Alex handled my rental with total professionalism. My vehicle was extremely clean, drove like a dream and was great on gas. I had no mechanical issues and was very pleased with my whole experience. I highly recommend not only the business but would also say that working with Alex made life easy as he was exceptional.

  I'm disappointed with this company. I reserved a Camry Hybrid or similar with 7 days in advance and the day of the pickup they told me that Camry was not available, they had a Corolla, I said it was ok as long as it was a Hybrid (because that was the reason I got a car from them because it was a green car company). They did not say anything else about it but when they gave me the keys, I had a non hybrid Corolla all wet on the outside and the rubber mats were also wet. I came back to the office and asked again for the hybrid and they said this car was the only one available so I had no other option than take it because I was already late on my schedule. I needed to return the car on a Saturday but their office is closed, I called to ask how should I return the car and they said " I needed to park it next to the building and leave the key on the drop box" but there's no drop box, or any signs of it. A street vendor told me to throw them through a hole on the door at the next door business and I took a video to have proof of it. The staff was nice but I'm never renting a car from them again and I don't recommend you to do it due to they are so unprofessional.

  The staff was very kind, respectful, and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more of a business to treat their customers. Desiree was great help and so were the other two staff members. Thank you, Greenleaf. I highly recommend this business, and I will use them again when the time comes.
