Then he literally turns around to control his anger and is holding his fist to his face (acting like he is holding himself back from punching us) turns back around , throws his hands up and goes “bro what name do want under the car.” At this point we just assumed he was asking for our name. Which apparently is what he was asking us for but again this question made no sense. We just left. As someone who has been the forefront of creating teams specializing in customer service for several Fortune 500 companies, having him anywhere near your business is 100 percent hurting your company and losing you money. Josiah you might want to go to anger management.
