  I thought this was a professional place, Far from it. I highly suggest not doing business with them. They suggested that the damage to the back of my bumper was not done by the rear end accident from this car. So I told him he has no idea. What a waste of time. One of the workers Ernesto challenged me to a fist fight in the parking lot. As I try to take him up on his offer, he runs inside the garage and Says “ I got you on camera bro” Ernesto is a liability I would fire him. Who let’s there workers fight the customer?

  Service was beyond reproach. Ryan the guy who dealt w me went above and beyond to get me going again. They have a great relationship w local rental companies. By the time I was done w paperwork my rental was there outside ready for me. I had a headlight bumper and some body damage repaired. Ryan said if the new headlight didn't match he would buff up the old one to make them look similar. Really! Little things man make the biggest impressions. For most people/business they may not do that but dang. Huge! It's not so much that it was done, it was offered without being asked. Attention to detail!These guys get it. They have a message/text system that takes the worry off of when your car will be complete. Constant updates , status changes, general information regarding my vehicle. When my vehicle was done, i parked my rental got my new the paperwork n keys to my car and i was out. Seamless. Thank yo Ryan and Gerber for a great experience.

  They dont value their customer. They were super rude on the phone. I don’t recommended to anyone. I wish I never ever had to let them fix my car 🙁

  Poor customer service ! Called to make an appointment I gave them my contact info, showed up to my appointment and said they can’t do estimates because he has strict orders , and if I wanted an estimate it would be 10 weeks from now on top of the 3 weeks I had waited . They could have called me and told me they can’t do it so I didn’t have to waste my time going .the front desk guy didn’t even seemed helpful didn’t bother getting up from his chair to take a look or anything , just denied my service .I went to another place down the street and they got me an estimate right there and then on a busy day
