I rented a vehicle for a business trip and everything went well. The vehicle I rented was a Mid size SUV, I had a (Mitsubishi) AWD that did a great job. No problems, excellent gas mileage, and comfortable. I Will continue to rent from this location for any future rental needs. I would recommend to friends and family. - MCMichelle CDec 12, 20251.0Total bait and switch. Reserved and paid for a full size SUV, only to have them call at 4:30 the night before to tell us they only have cars and minivans. They told us they knew they wouldn’t have an SUV for the week previous to our rental, but called us the night before our trip. Then they “transfer” our reservation to the Auto Parkway location, confirming it in an email that they would have a full size SUV for us. Auto Parkway location would not honor the reservation and sent us away with no solution wasting more of our time and making us late for our trip. Employees at Auto Parkway location lack any customer service skills and human decency. Clearly they aren’t worried about any repercussions for treating customers poorly and rudely. Seems to be the standard. We ended up with a tiny car that didn’t serve our needs, but got a discount. I didn’t make reservations 2weeks in advance for this.

He’s very friendly, fast, professional, and extremely polite. Then Lori a sweet nice lady helped as well. She too was very professional and friendly. They gave me a good car, great rates, and a great service. Thank you Ryan and Lori.
