Carlos did an excellent job guiding me through the entire process of purchasing the right new battery and made everything easy and stress-free. Truly an excellent car guy - I can’t recommend this store or Carlos enough. I hope this store recognizes the value he brings.

- CVCody VandeheyNov 2, 20251.0Incompetency at it's finest. Several months ago, tried to buy a 01 four runner alternator, was given an alternator for an 05 Honda Civic. Was willing to overlook a mistake. Then last month was sold a bad batch of spark plugs (even paid extra for the OEM part). Last week, was helping my neighbor troubleshoot an issue with their Tacoma. They ended up having to take it to the mechanic who charged them $500 to replace the spark plugs that AutoZone sold them because they were the wrong spark plugs. Long story short, if you're working on a Toyota, tell them you want parts for a Honda and you'll have a better chance of getting the correct part.

Others just lazy and unprofessional and rude. Recommend anyone to go to the one in east valley pkwy or w valley pkwy or any other Autozone in general in Escondido but this one. Only go here when all the other stores have nothing in stock that I need. Had a guy tell me he didn’t have the part I need in stock but another guy in the back found it right when I was about to walk out the store and head all across town for the part I need. Just tells you how they are and don’t want to help you .
