  I was in an accident and was referred toHertz by my ins company. I contacted them and they would NOT rent me an exotic car unless I was from another state. ( DUMB ) So I did some research and found exotic enterprise. I called and was greeted by a very nice man. Within 10 mins I had a reservation for the same day. The car I got ( 2016 Stingray Corvette ) over heated on me and I contacted them and they offered to come swap out car or uber me back to their location so I could get into another vehicle. Long story short Brittany helped me out beyond all my expectations of any companies costumer service and deducted almost $300.00 off my bill and was so professional about how she handled the unfortunate mishap. I can't imagine EVER going to rent from any other place. This location gets 10/10 stars from me. I have already referred a friend to this store and she called me after and said she was super happy with how quick and easy they made her experience and she said she would definetly use them for future rentals. Same as me. Thanks Brittany.

  Rude service never answer phone. Very accusatory with all Tonga about car rental.
