  I had an oil change and tire rotation at Valvoline and it was a really great experience. Earl and his team were super friendly, and they got everything done quickly but still made sure they didn’t miss a thing. It honestly made a routine errand feel easy and way better than expected.

  I love being able to just sit in my car for a bit and have everyone else handle it. The guys were great at walking me through everything step by step. No issues no problem. I go out of my way to go to the Encinitas location because the guys here have the best attitude.

  I like that you don’t have to get out of your car to get oil change and other services done. They are very upfront with everything they do. As a part of their service, they pulled out an air filter that was filthy and showed it to me, asked if I wanted a new one installed, then brought the new one and showed it to me before installing it. They asked if I wanted other services done on my car, but weren’t pushy at all when I declined. I felt like they went the extra mile to be honest and open every step of the way. Great experience!

  We were in yesterday with 2 cars for an oil change and other services that were provided. Our experience was absolutely 💯 awesome! I honestly didn’t know what to expect and being there with my vehicle 🚗 and my Mother’s at the same time was so rewarding! We were treated with the utmost care and respect! All of the employees were first rate! Thank you Earl and Jorge and your entire team! We WILL Be BACK! 😊
