  Very disappointing experience. I've rented hundreds of Penske trucks and this by far has been the worst experience. While Picking up the truck there was mass confusion as to what truck to give me and where it was. Then at drop off they make you park the truck 1/5 mile away, come in to the store, give them the key, then you wait for 20-30 minutes and they slowly walk back to the truck yo check millage etc... very slow and very poor service. Home Depot should stick to what they are good at. Retailing...not renting penske trucks.
