After our car was in an accident on Christmas Eve, we rented a vehicle from Enterprise for an extended time while our car was being repaired. When we returned the rental, a big issue came up that wasn't easily resolved. In the end though, although new to this position, Ethan stepped up going above and beyond to fully resolve and handle the issue. Happy customer, would highly recommend :-)
