This one is set up a little different from the other locations that I have been to. The staff was friendly and engaging. Better dryers and more water on the rinse. No soap left.
Quick, efficient, and did a solid job. The staff was friendly, and my car came out noticeably cleaner inside and out. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service. Only downside was a bit of a wait during peak hours, but overall worth it. Would come back again.

This is our favorite location and our car is the cleanest every time! Thomas was so kind and asked if we needed anything
to make our visit the best it could be! Thank you QuickQuack, we will definitely be back 🫧
I always go to this location just because The employees are always on task and I let the one employee know that the vacuum I was trying to use was clogged and he came and unclogged the vacuum now I can use it and everybody else can use it no problem

I’ve now had the same issue 2 to 3 times in a row at Quick Quack Car Wash, and it’s honestly unacceptable.
Every single visit lately, there have been no towels available. None to dry windows, none to wipe down the car, nothing. The last time I went, the place was packed and customers were literally asking each other for towels or using their own from home. That should never happen at a paid car wash, especially one that keeps raising prices.
What makes it worse is the response from staff. When I asked if there were towels in the back or any way to get some, I got no real solution, just a shrug. No restocking, no explanation, no effort to fix the issue.
Let’s be clear. Drying your car is not an extra. It is part of the basic experience. If you are going to increase membership prices, then the quality of service should improve, not disappear.
At this point, I am paying more for less. That does not make sense.
If Quick Quack Car Wash is no longer providing towels, then customers need to be told upfront. Otherwise, this just feels like cutting corners while still charging full price.
I am seriously reconsidering my membership if this is not addressed immediately.
Management, this is a recurring issue, not a one time problem. Please fix it.
