- DLDonald LangeMar 27, 20254.0Talked to the rep to set up install appt. Asked that I be billed monthly rather than every two weeks got my install date and time, and was told that monthly billing could be done. Arranged my schedule on a 1-3 hr install. When I took truck in for my 10am appt, was told that it wouldn't be touched until 3 or 2:30, so they would have the truck all day. Had to cancel my entire day. Then I get my lease form which I was never told about, with a setup fee and other charges. Monthly was not included- every 3 months would be done by auto payment that I am very uncomfortable with. Apparently I have no choice. Following this review, the company has reached out to try and help out with the issues I was facing. They are trying, and that helps. Some things can't be fixed and I understand that.

Their online live chat is a joke no one ever answers. You call in and they put existing customers through a hard time to reach an actual agent. Then those agents have heavy indian accents to the point you cant understand what they are saying and it gets you very annoyed. When we first started this process with Intoxalock we weren't informed of all the charges. They charge for every little thing. Theres a fee for everything literally. It adds more stress to an already horrible situation. Beware of how they try to convince you to go with them. Make sure you ask questions and look at the reviews, as i did not. We feel betrayed and lied too.
