  One nice employee at drop-off, but everything else was terrible. Reservation not honored, long wait, dirty damaged car with not a full tank of gas, and no help from management. Would not recommend.

  Well I used to work for Enterprise many years ago so I know and understand the process. I was picked up by a friendly young gentleman. He had to drive out 20+ minutes to get to me. The we had 20 min to chat. He engaged with great conversation. I was getting a Car from Enterprise due to a car problem with my personal car. I did have to wait once I got to the Branch. I remember the days on the other side of the counter so I remained calm. While I was there waiting I ended up filling out a questionnaire for the Enterprise Car sales. I got a call literally instantly. I told the people inside the branch that I would be outside with the car sales representative. Once my car was ready they came and found me promptly. I ended up with a Kia Soul! It was super clean on the inside. The service from the “pick up to drop off, from the car inspection to driving off the lot has not changed at all since I have been gone” there is a reason I still rent from “Green n Black” If you want top knotch services from Car Rental to Car buying look no further!

  ⸻ I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise. On March 24, 2026, I picked up a vehicle with a reservation that had already been arranged through my insurance. Despite having an appointment, it took over an hour and a half just to get into a car. When I finally received the vehicle, it was not clean and had a strong odor of dogs. On top of that, the fuel level was just above half a tank, yet it was incorrectly marked as three-quarters full. I contacted the manager, Taylor, to report these issues, but my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. On March 27, 2026, I returned the vehicle and had a reservation for a truck. However, no one contacted me to inform me that no trucks were available due to a recall on Ford trucks. Instead, I was offered a small SUV. I agreed to take it temporarily, but only on the condition that I could exchange it for a truck later that same day at the airport location. I specifically asked Taylor to call the airport location to confirm that a truck would be available for me, and she assured me—in front of other employees—that she would take care of it. After driving all the way from Elk Grove to the Sacramento airport, I was told by the assistant manager that they could not exchange my vehicle for a truck. I was also told that Taylor had supposedly said not to come, which made no sense given our conversation. This resulted in a very frustrating and time-consuming situation. After about 45 minutes of waiting and escalating the issue, Brendan Gill stepped in and turned the situation around. He provided excellent customer service and ultimately helped resolve the issue, saving my weekend. While I truly appreciate Brendan’s professionalism and assistance, the overall experience was stressful, poorly managed, and lacked proper communication. I hope Enterprise takes steps to improve customer service and coordination between locations.
