I'm a long time customer and they continue to provide amazing customer service. Their customer service from the moment you step out of your car is exceptional. I love the fact that there isn't the hard sale. My sales rep, Brian G. listened to my needs and found the perfect vehicle. 🥰

I had an excellent experience leasing my EV6 GT-Line at Elk Grove Kia. I want to give a special shout‑out to Tonee Lee, who was fantastic to work with: friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and comfortable. He answered every question clearly and never once made me feel pressured.
What really stood out was the transparency from the whole team. The numbers were explained clearly, everything was itemized, and the managers provided a clean, straightforward breakdown without any surprises. It’s rare to walk into a dealership and feel like everyone is being upfront with you, but that’s exactly how it felt here.
I left with a great car and total confidence in the deal. Highly recommend Elk Grove Kia, and definitely ask for Tonee if you want a professional, easygoing experience.
I recently bought my 2022 Nissan Kicks with Brandon Calloway and had a great experience! He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling really happy with my purchase. If you’re thinking about getting a used car or pre-owned car, definitely ask for Brandon Calloway, he’s been the #1 salesperson here for over 6 years. Outstanding customer service!

Buyer Beware: Highly Unethical Sales Tactics and Poor Vehicle Quality
I purchased a vehicle here on Saturday, 1/17, and by Monday morning, the check engine light was already on. I called them about it and instead of standing behind their vehicle, they wanted to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee just to look at it-despite the fact that I have an extended warranty.
To make matters worse, the finance department is incredibly pushy. I explicitly told them I did not want the Portfolio Extended Warranty, yet they included it in my paperwork anyway. When I attempted to read the contract before signing, the finance manager questioned why I was reading it and rushed me to the next form. This is deceptive and unethical behavior. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership.

This review is to formally document a misleading and bad-faith sales experience at Elk Grove Kia involving dealership management.
Prior to my visit, I was repeatedly and explicitly assured in writing (via text messages) and verbally by Tam and Angus that Elk Grove Kia would “match or beat any deal.” I clearly disclosed the competing lease offer I had received for a 2025 Kia EV6 Wind at $300 per month, 36 months, 15,000 miles per year, with $2,000 down. I also stated multiple times that I no longer had a formal written quote because I had walked out of another dealership due to poor treatment.
Before committing to the visit, I specifically asked Angus whether the text message conversation itself qualified as a valid quote and whether the deal was genuinely executable, as this required a two-hour round trip. Angus explicitly confirmed that the text was sufficient and repeatedly stated they would “beat any price.” Additionally, during a phone call with Tam two days prior to my appointment, Tam stated that his finance team was on board with the deal and that there would be no issues honoring it.
Relying on these representations from Tam and Angus, I scheduled an appointment and arrived prepared to lease the vehicle that same day.
Upon arrival, the dealership immediately deviated from what had been promised. Tam handed us off and disappeared, despite being the individual who had assured me finance approval. Finance then presented terms that bore no resemblance to what was agreed upon, including fewer miles and a payment of $570 per month. When Angus eventually spoke with us in person, he stated that the original deal was “not possible,” directly contradicting his own written assurances.
Only after I physically walked out of the dealership did Angus attempt to stop me and present a worse, last-minute offer, $350 a month, 10,000 miles, $3000 down, reinforcing the appearance of a bait-and-switch tactic intended to pressure acceptance after time had already been wasted.
Tam, who had repeatedly stated that finance had approved the deal, was completely absent once the deal fell apart and offered no accountability or explanation.
Elk Grove Kia advertises that it will “match and beat any deal,” yet written promises from Tam and Angus were not honored once I arrived in person. This experience reflects misleading advertising, lack of transparency, and poor accountability at the management level.
Prospective customers should obtain binding confirmation in writing and be cautious of assurances made solely to secure an in-person visit.
