When you ask them to run a diagnostic check the employees look dumbfounded as it's not a service they provide. If you're planning to come here be ready to help yourself because the employees are too busy doing nothing! Even had one of the employees hand me the diagnostic reader and tell me to do it myself as “they don’t like going in peoples cars” would recommend a different field of work for all the employees at this specific location as they lack basic customer service
